Example 1 — Underdog
Fighter A wins — stake ৳500. The same value in all three formats: decimal 2.25 = fractional 5/4 = American +125. If correct, the return is ৳1,125 (৳625 profit + ৳500 stake); if wrong, ৳500 is lost.
Example 2 — Favourite
Fighter B wins — stake ৳500. Decimal 1.80 = fractional 4/5 = American -125 (American minus odds mean how much you need to stake to win ৳100). On a ৳500 stake the return is ৳900 (৳400 profit).
